fortune exclusivement immobili\u00e8re (IFI) semble, \u00e0 premi\u00e8re analyse, ne pr\u00e9senter que des avantages.<\/strong> Si cette conclusion est relativement juste pour les r\u00e9sidents fran\u00e7ais, ce n\u2019est pas le cas pour les non-r\u00e9sidents, et en particulier ceux domicili\u00e9s dans des pays n\u2019ayant pas conclu avec la France une convention fiscale en mati\u00e8re
