Madoff Investment Securities, BLMIS) et des fonds nourriciers qui lui \u00e9taient li\u00e9s (feeder funds) ont entam\u00e9 une vaste campagne de recouvrement par le biais d\u2019actions r\u00e9vocatoires de droit am\u00e9ricain (clawback). Celles-ci permettent la remise en cause des op\u00e9rations effectu\u00e9es dans les six ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la faillite d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine.
