La difficile impl\u00e9mentation de l\u2019ordonnance \u00e9dict\u00e9e le 4 mars 2022 par le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral dans le contexte de l\u2019invasion de l\u2019Ukraine par la Russie a permis de
